TO be sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, before Richard Edwards, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, A Capital Messuage called Amberley Castle, and divers Farms, Lands, Tythes, Fishery, Warrens, Quit-Rents, &c. at Amberley, Waltham, Crossgate, Washingham and Rackham, in the County of Sussex, late the Estate of George Parker, Esq; deceased, demised to John Farhill, Esq; his Executor, by the Right Reverend the Bishop of Chichester, for a Term of 21 Years from Lady-day 1747. renewable every seven Years, the Whole lett at 502 l. 7 s. 1 d. Particulars whereof may be had at the said Master's Chambers in Chancery-lane.
