Miss JANE NOAKES, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22 and 23 Victoria, chapter 36, intituled “An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. ” NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Jane Noakes, formerly of Alfriston, in the county of Sussex, and late of 64, Geneva-road, Brixton, in the county of Surrey, Spinster, deceased (who died on or about the 7th day of November, 1877, and whose will was proved by Richard Noakes, of 64, Geneva-road, Brixton aforesaid, Gentleman, and Thomas King, of Brighton, in the county of Sussex, Gentleman, the executors therein named, on the 14th day of December, 1877 in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice), are hereby required to send in the particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to us, the undersigned Thomas King and Son Solicitors to the said executors, on or before the 7th day of February, 1878. And notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said executors shall then have bad notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, co distributed to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 19ih day of December. 1877.
