THIS is to give notice, that by indenture, bearing date the 23d day of November 1846, George Woodhams, of Alfriston, in the county of Sussex, Grocer, hath conveyed and assigned, and covenanted to surrender, all his real and personal estates and effects whatsoever to Arthur Morris, of Saint Thomas in the Cliffe, in Lewes, in the said county, Provision Merchant, upon trust, for the benefit of himself and all other the creditors of the said George Woodhams who shall execute the same within two calendar months from the date thereof; and that the said indenture was duly executed by the said George Woodhams on the said 23d day of November 1846, and by the said Arthur Morris afterwards on the same day; and the execution by the said George Woodhams and Arthur Morris is attested by William Penfold, of No. 20, Middle-street, Brighton, in the said county of Sussex, Solicitor ; and notice is hereby given, that the said indenture of assignment now lies at the counting-house of the said Arthur Morris, in the Cliffe, Lewes, for the inspection and execution of the creditors of the said George Woodhams ; and all those creditors who shall neglect or refuse to execute the same, within the time limited for that purpose, will be excluded all benefit arising there from. — Brighton, November 24th, 1846.
