THIS is to give notice, that by an indenture, bearing date the 17th day of July 1841, Walter King of Seaford, in the county of Sussex, Common Brewer, hath conveyed and assigned all the plant, stock in trade, brewing utensils, and book debts belonging to, due, or owing to him the said Walter King, unto Elizabeth King, of Alfriston, in the said county, Spinster, and John Woodhams, of Alfriston aforesaid, Maltster, as trustees, upon trust, for the benefit of all the creditors of him the said Walter King; and that the said indenture was duly executed by the said Walter King, Elizabeth King, and John Woodhams on the 18th day of July aforesaid; and which indenture was witnessed, by Thomas King the younger, of Brighton, in the said county.
