THIS is to give notice, that by indenture, bearing date the 3d day of May 1836, George Smith, of Brighton, in the County of Sussex, Leather-Cutter, hath conveyed and assigned all his estate and effects whatsoever to Charles Brooker, of Alfriston in the said County of Sussex, Tanner, upon trust, for the benefit of himself and all other, the Creditors of the said George Smith who shall execute the same within three calendar months from the date thereof; and that the said indenture was duly executed by the said George Smith and Charles Brooker on the 4th day of May instant, and was witnessed by William Penfold, of Brighton aforesaid, Solicitor ; and notice is hereby further given, that the said indenture now lies at the Office of Messrs. Brooker and Penfold, Attorneys at Law, North-Street, Brighton, for the inspection and execution of the Creditors ; and all those Creditors who shall neglect or refuse to execute the same, within the time limited for that purpose, will be excluded all benefit arising therefrom. — Brighton, the 6th day of May 1836.
