TO be sold by public auction, by Verrall and Son, at the Star Inn, in Lewes, in the County of Sussex, on Saturday the 15th day of August 1812, between the hours of Four and Six o'Clock in the Afternoon, under an order from the major part of the Commissioners named and authorised in and by a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued and now in prosecution against George Bodle, late of Alfriston, in the said County of Sussex, Grocer, Draper, Dealer and Chapman; All that messuage or tenement, in the occupation of Elizabeth Stevens; and also all that tenement or building used as a warehouse, in the occupation of the Assignees of the estate of the said George Bodle ; and all those several pieces or parcels of land and other hereditaments, comprising part of the real estate late of the said George Bodle, situate, lying, and being in the Town and Parish of Alfriston aforesaid, in mortgage to Lewis Whitfeld, Esq. and in the occupation of the said Assignees or their under-tenants; and also all that messuage or tenement situate in the Parish of Willingdon, in the said County, late in the occupation of Samuel Stretton, being the remainder of the said real estate in mortgage to the said Lewis Whitfeld.
