The following Persons being Prisoners for Debt in his Majesty's Common Goal at Horsham in and for the County of Sussex, hereby give Notice, that they intend to take the Benefit of the late Act of Parliament made in the Twenty Eighth Year of the Reign of his present Majesty King George the Second, intituled, An Act for Relief of Insolvent Debtors, at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for the said County of Sussex, or at the Adjournment thereof, which shall happen next after Thirty Days from the FIRST Publication of the undermentioned Names, viz. Third Notice. John Twine, formerly of Leominster in the County of Sussex, late of Westergate in the Parish of Aldingbourn in the same County, Husbandman.
