WHereas James Kemp, of Newick, in the County of Sussex, Shop-keeper, did, on the 30th Day of August last, assign his Effects to John Jacomb, John Roper and John Richards, in Trust for the Benefit of his Creditors; this is to inform them that the First and Final Dividend will be paid of his said Effects, on the 10th Day of January, 1789; and all Accounts not delivered, as Claims to one of the said Trustees, on or before the 31st of December next ensuing, will be disallowed, and not admitted under the said Deed of Assignment; and all Debtors of the said James Kemp, who do not, previous to the 24th Day of December, pay their respective Debts to John Richards, of Lewes, in the said County of Sussex, who be sued by the Solicitor to the Trustees.
