WHereas John Heasman late of Newicke in the County of Sussex, Yeoman deceas'd, did by his Will give uuto his Cousin John Heasman and, his Heirs the Reversion, of his Lands in Newicke aforesaid, called Ridgeland, after the Death of Susannah his Wife, and also after Payment of several Legacies by him given: If therefore any of the said Legacies are yet unclaimed, or any other Incumbrance be on the said Estate, let the Persons concerned therein come to the King's-Head Ale-house in Lewes in the County of Sussex, or to Mr. Thomas Isted in Lewes aforesaid, on the 14th Day of this Instant May, and they shall receive Satisfaction therein, the Reversion of the said Estate being then to be sold by the said John Heasman, the Devizee.
