THOMAS RICHARD LAYBORN, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute, 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of Thomas Richard Layborn, late of St. Benets, Ramsgate, in the county of Kent, and formerly of Netherfield Court, Battle, in the county of Sussex, Esquire, deceased (who died on the 6th day of October, 1905, and whose will, with two codicils thereto, was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the fourth day of April, 1906, by William Edwin Layborn, Sydney Pilton Layborn, and Charles Hooper, the executors therein named), are required to send particulars, in writing, of their claims to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said executors, on or before the 17th day of May next, after which date the executors wilt distribute the estate of the deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice. — Dated this 5th day of April, 1906.
