JOHN REED, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Vic. , cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that the creditors and all persons having any claim against the estate of John Reed, late of Street Farm, Irvingion, in the county of Sussex, Farmer, deceased (who died on the 3rd day of October, 1869, and whose will was proved on the 19th day of the same month in the District Registry, at Leeds, of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, by Eliza Reed, the relict of the said deceased, and Frederick Russell, of Litlington, in the said county of Sussex, Market Gardener, and Charles Russell, of Easthothly, in the said county, Tailor, the executrix and executors therein named), are requested to send in particulars of their claims to the said executrix and executors, at the office of the undersigned, on or before the 25th day of Match, 1871, after which day the said executrix and executors will proceed to distribute the estate and effects of the said testator among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, or demands of which they shall then have had notice; and further that the said executrix and executors will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 15th day of February, 1871.
