Deserted out of His Maesty's third Regiment of Foot Guards, commanded by the Right Honourable John Earl of Dunmore, our of his Lordship's own Company, John Monckton, , aged 24 years, 5 Foot 10 Inches high, full red Face, pitted with Small Pox very much, full light grey eyes, thick full Leg, wears a grey Duroy Coat, a light Wig, light brown Hair, born in Buxton in Sussex, a small thin Nose, smooth or slow in his Speech, supposed to be in or about Southwark, if not gone where he was born. If they will Return in a Month's Time to their respective Colours, , they shall be pardoned ; and if not, whoever will apprehend them, and secure them, or any of them, in any County Gaol or Town in Great Britain, they shall receive Five Guineas Reward for each Man, upton Notice given to Captain Edison, at his House in the Savoy, in the Strand, in London.
