TO be sold, before the major Part of the Commissioners named in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded against Richard Smith, of Ludgate Hill, London, Coachman, Chapman and Dealer in Horses, at Guildhall, London, to the best Purchaser, or Purchasers, on Wednesday the 21st Day of this Instant November, between the Hours of Three and Five in the Afternoon, The said Bankrupt's Estate for Life as Tenant by the Curtesy of and in One fourth Part or Share of a Messuage and Farm, called Willows Farm, at Blackham in the County of Sussex, of the yearly Value of 54 l. or thereabouts, subject to a Quit Rent of 1 l. 6 s. 8 d. per Annum.
