Ross, 1898, F. 421, with the approbation of Mr. Justice Kekewich, by Mr. Harry Smith, the person appointed by the Judge, at the "Old Ship Hotel" Assembly Rooms, at Brighton, in the county of Sussex, on Monday, the 8th day of April, 1907, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, in ten lots:— Certain freehold hereditaments situate at Brighton aforesaid, and known as No. 5, Park-crescent, Nos. 176, 182, 184 and 186, Elm-grove, 48, Albion-hill, 35 and 37, Oxford-street, and 29, George-street, and a plot of freehold land situate at Wivelsfield, in the said county of Sussex, adjoining property of Mr. S. A. Hentv, and having a frontage of 149 feet to the road from Wivelsfield to Lewes, and a depth of about 40 feet.
