WILLIAM HENRY BRADING, Deceased. NOTICE is hereby given:— 1. That all creditors and persons having claims upon or against the estate of William Henry Brading late of "Oak Lodge, " Rosebery-avenue, Hampden Park, Eastbourne, in the county of Sussex, deceased (who died on the 10th day of August, 1930, and whose will was proved by Mrs. Emily Brading, Harold Victor Brain and William Charles Parkin, the executors therein named, on the 13th day of September, 1930, in the Lewes District Probate Registry), are hereby required to send in particulars of their claims to the undersigned, the Solicitors to the executors, on or before the 1st day of December, 1930. 2. That after that day the said executors will proceed to convey and distribute the assets of the deceased to or amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said executors shall then have had notice; and that the said executors will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so conveyed or distributed, to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 24th day of September, 1930.
