ANN LOVETT, Widow, Deceased. Pursuant to an Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Vict. , cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Ann Lovett, late of Little Lea, Peasmarsh, in the parish of Rye, in the county of Sussex. Widow, deceased, who died on or about the 24th day of October, 1871, in estate, and to whose estate and effects letters of administration were granted to Thomas Brown Lovett, on the 30th day of November, 1871, by the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, are hereby required to send in particulars in writing of their claims, or demands, and the nature of the securities, if any, held by them, to me, the undersigned, Charles William Stevens; of No. 35, Bucklersbury, London, Solicitor for the said administrator, on or before the 1st day of February next, after which day the said administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Ann Lovett, deceased, among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which he shall then have had notice, and the said Thomas Brown Lovett will not be liable for the assets of the said Ann Lovett, deceased, so distributed, or any part thereof, to any person or persons whomsoever of whose claims or demands he shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution. — Dated this 1st day of December, 1871.
