Prisoner in the Fleet Prison, in the City of London, having petitioned one of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace for the said City and his Warrant signed thereupon directed to the Warden of the said Prison (together with a Writing importing Notice thereof to all the Creditors of the aforesaid Prisoners Creditors) to bring them to the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for the Guildhall of the said City on 27th of February next, to be discharged, pursuant to an Act lately passed for giving Relief to such Persons as are proper Objects of Charity and Compassion there, &c. and they conforming themselves in all Things at the Act directs, their respective Creditors are to take Notice thereof.
