Re WILLIAM JOHN HODKISSON, Deceased. NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of William John Hodkisson, late of 74, Vestry-road, Camberwell, in the county of London, and of "Lynette, " Horsham-avenue, Peacehaven, in the county of Sussex, Licensed Victualler, deceased, who died on the 20th day of February, 1930, at Guy's Hospital, in the county of London, and letters of administration to whose estate were granted by the Principal Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 26th day of March, 1930, to Annie Maria Hodkisson, Widow, and Albert Victor Hodkisson, the administrators therein named, are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their claims to me, the undersigned, Solicitor for the said administrators, on or before the 17th day of June, 1930, after which date the said administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which notice shall then have been given. — Dated this 15th day of April, 1930.
