NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any debts, claims or demands against the estate of Alfred John Bacon, late of Males-avenue, Peacehaven, in the county of Sussex (formerly trading as A. J. Bacon & Co. , at 345, High-street North, Manor Park, E. 12) (who died on the 31st day of October, 1925, and whose will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's-High Court of Justice by Barclays Bank Limited, the executor, on the 29th day of December, 1925), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their claims to the Trustee Department, Barclays Bank Limited, 54, Lombard-street, E. C. 3, or to us, the undersigned, on or before the 31st day of March, 1926, after which date the assets of the said testator will be distributed among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which notice shall then have been received. – Dated this eleventh day of January, 1926.
