THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against William Radley Mott, of Brighthelmstone, in the County of Sussex, Wine Merchant, Dealer and Chapman, are requested, to meet the Assignees of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt, on the 30th day of October instant, at Eleven o'clock in the Forenoon precisely, at the Royal Steine Hotel, Brighthelmstone, to assent to or dissent from a proposal made by Mr. Gilburd for taking, on lease for twenty-one years, the hotel, baths, stable yard, and tap, and also for the taking of the stock, furniture, and fixtures, by appraisement; and to assent to or dissent from paying the expences of two Commissions issued prior to the one prosecuted against the said Bankrupt; and also to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees entering into any agreement, deed or deeds with the specialty Creditors of the said Bankrupt which they may be advised to enter into for the mutual advantage of the Creditors at large, or otherwise agreeing to any other matter or thing then to be submitted for their consideration ; and upon other special matters relating to the said Bankrupt's estate.
