THE Creditors of Joseph Hanson, of Hurst Green, in the Parish of Salehurst, In the County of Sussex, and Thomas Hanson, of Battle, in the said County of Sussex, lately carrying on the Trade or Business of Innkeepers, Dealers and Chapmen, in Copartnership together in Battle aforesaid, against whom a Commission of Bankrupt under the Great seal of Great Britain hath been awarded and issued, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects, on Saturday the 19th Day of August instant, at Ten o'clock in the Forenoon precisely, at the Office of Messrs. Gregson and Dixon, Solicitors, In Angel-Court, Throgmorton-Street, London, in order to assent to or dissent from the ratifying and confirming the Contract or Agreement made by the said Assignees with Mr. Robert Whimhurst, for the Sale to the laid Robert Whimhurst, by private Contract, of the Freehold Estate of the laid Bankrupt, Joseph Hanson, situate at Hurst Green aforesaid; and also to authorize and empower the said Assignees to complete the said Sale, and to convey the said Estate to the said Robert Whimhurst, or to whom he shall appoint; and also to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees selling by private Contract the Bankrupts' interest in and to their Share of and in a certain Stage-Coach, or certain Stage-Coaches, running from London to Hastings and back, and all other their Interest therein, at such Price or Prices as the said Assignees shall think proper; and also to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees selling by private Contract all such other Property of the said Bankrupts, or either of them, as now remains undisposed of, at such Prices as the said Assignees shall think proper; and on other special Affairs.
