THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Joseph Whicher, of Petworth in the County of Sussex, Surgeon and Apothecary, intend to meet on the 5th of August next, at Eleven in the Forenoon, at the Swan Inn in Petworth aforesaid, (and not on the 21st Day of July instant, as before advertised) to make a Further Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.
