THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against Thomas Pelham, late of New Shoreham in the County of Sussex, hut now of Charing Cross in the County of Middlesex, Shipwright, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 23d Day of May next, at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon, at Guildhall, London, (by Adjournment from the 21st Day of April instant) in order to make a Final Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.
