THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against John Hastings, of Pulborough in the County of Sussex, Grocer, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 9th Day of October next, at Nine o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the White Horse Inn, in Sterrington in the said County, in order to make a Final Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the fame, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend ; and all Claims not then proved will be disallowed. And all Persons who stand indebted to the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt are desired forthwith to pay their respective Debts to Mr. Charles Marshall, of Steyning in the said County, or they will be sued for the same.
