TO be peremptorily sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a Cause Scott against Nesbitt, before John Spranger, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symond's Inn, Chancery-lane, London, On Tuesday the 24th Day of January, 1792, between the Hours of Five and Six in the Afternoon, in One Lot, Several Messuages and Lands, situate in the Town of Winchelsea, in the County of Sussex, and in the Parishes of St. Leonard, St. Thomas and St. Lawrence, in the said Town, (being Part of the Estates late of Arnold Nesbitt, Esq; deceased, the Testator in the said Order named). Particular's whereof may be had (gratis) at the said Master's Chambers, of Mess. Blake and Norris, Essex-street, in the Strand; of Mr. Norris, Lincoln’s-inn, of Mr. Sermon, Gray's-inn ; of Mr. Pitches, Swithin-lane, London; amd of Mr. Martin, Winchelsea aforesaid.
