TO be fold pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, before John Wilmot, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symond's inn, Chancery-lane, London, The several Freehold Estates late of Sir Robert Barker, of Savile-row, Bart, deceased, situate at Busbridge, near Godalmin, in the County of Surry, and Petworth in the County of Sussex, and also a Leasehold Messuage, situate in Bolton-street, Piccadilly. Particulars may be had by applying at Mess. Winterbottom and Heylyn, Threadneedle-street; Mr. Stapleton, No. 7, Lincoln's-inn New square ; and of Mr. Purlewent, No. 8, Lincoln's-inn Old Buildings.
