TO be peremptorily sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, bearing Date the 8th Day of May, 1787, made in a Cause Monkhouse against Cole, before Edward Montagu, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symond's-inn, Chancery-lane, London, on Monday the 30th Day of June instant, between the Hours of Five and Six in the Afternoon, A Messuage or Tenement known by the Sign of the George, with a Shop, Barn, Stable, Garden and Plot of Ground containing-about Half an Acre thereto adjoining, situate and being in Little Hampton, in the County of Sussex, and also Three Acres and an Half of Arable Land, situate and being in the Common Fields in Little Hampton aforesaid; which said Lands are now in the Occupation of Mr. Henry Cole, who will shew the Premises.
