THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Thomas Pelham, late of New Shoreham, in the County of Sussex, but now of Charing-cross, in the County of Middlesex, Shipwright, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 13th Day of January next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, at Guildhall, London, (by Adjournment from the 13th instant, ) in order to take the last Examination of the said Bankrupt; when and where he is required to surrender himself, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of his Estate and Effects, and finish his Examination, and the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, and, with those who have proved their Debts, are to assent to or dissent from the Allowance of his Certificate.
