TO be peremptorily sold, pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Chancery, before William Weller Pepys Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court at his Chambers in Symond's-inn, Chancery-lane, on the 20th of May next, at Five in the Afternoon, Part of the Estate late of Henry Hounsom, deceased, situate at East and West Harting, in the County of Sussex, consisting of two Messuages, Tenements or Dwelling-houses, Barns, Farms, Lands and Hereditaments, with the Appurtenances, commonly called or known by the Names of Kent's Poppett's and Gargaton's, with several Closes of Arable and Meadow Land, containing, by Estimation, 137 Acres and upwards, together with the Right of Common or Sheepwalk, on East Harting Down: All which said Premises are held by Thomas Maxwell as Tenant at Will, at the yearly Rent of 110 l. clear of all Taxes, except Land-Tax and Quit-Rent. Particulars whereof to be had at the said Master's Chambers, and of Mr. Gale, the Solicitor, in Philpot-lane.
