Re CHARLES WILTON ATKEY, Deceased. Pursuant to Act 22, 23 Vict. , c. 35. NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any debt, claim or demand against the estate of the above, late of Easthampnett, Chichester, Norton Farm, Bishopstone, 76 and 77, Grand-parade, Brighton, The Mailing Works and South-street, Lewes, all in Sussex, Oakhyrst-court, Godstone, and Croydon-road, Caterham, both Surrey, at some or all of which places he traded as Dairyman Farmer, Brickmaker, Motor Car Works and Children's Outfitter, under his own name, and/or as The Motor Mart, Dorothy White and Mailing Engineering Works (and who died 3rd February last, and will proved by Dorothy Atkey and George Ballard therein named, in the Principal Registry, on 16th May, 1922), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their claims to us, as Solicitors to the executor, on or before the 15th July, 1922, after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice, and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part, so distributed, to any persons of whose claims they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 9th day of June, 1922.
