WILLIAM JOSHUA SMITH, Deceased. NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the 22 and 23 Vict. , c. 35, that all persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of William Joshua Smith, late of 41, 42 and 43, North-street, in the county borough of Brighton, Bookseller, deceased, and also of The Manse, Wivelsfield-road, Haywards Heath, in the county of Sussex (who died on the 21st day of November, 1911, and whose will with four codicils thereto was proved by Florence Lea Smith (Spinster), William Stevens and John Shreeve Lee, the executors therein named, on the 16th day of January, 1912, in the Lewes District Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice), are hereby required to send in particulars of their debts or claims to the said executors at the offices of the undersigned, their Solicitors, on or before the 20th day of April next; and notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said William Joshua Smith, deceased, amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 20th day of February, 1912.
