NOTICE is hereby given, that it is intended to declare a first and final dividend in the above matter, and creditors who have not yet executed or assented, in writing, to the deed are required to do-so, and to send particulars of their debts or claims to Mr. Leonard Hastings Rusby, of Mincing Lane House, 59, Eastcheap, in the county of London, Chartered Accountant the Trustee under the said deed, on or before the 17th day of May, 1911, or, in default of their so doing, they will be excluded from the benefit of the dividend proposed to be declared. — Dated this 4th day of May, 1911 LEONARD H.
