CHARLES LTON LIDDELL, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22 and 23 Vic. , cap. 35. NTOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Charles Lyon Liddell, late of The Place House, Peasmarsh, in the county of Sussex, deceased (who died on the 1st day of March, 1911, and administration of whose estate was granted to Margaret Emily Gresham Liddell, of The Place House, Peasmarsh aforesaid, the lawful Widow and relict of the deceased, on the 19th day of April, 1911, by the Principal Probate Registry of the High Court of Justice), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their debts or claims to the said administratrix at the offices of the undersigned, her Solicitors, on or before the 5th day of June next; and notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Charles Lyon Liddell, deceased, amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which she shall then have had notice, and that she will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim she shall not then have had notice. — Dated 2nd May, 1911.
