Re HORATIO BOTTOMLEY, 12 and 14, Catherine-street, Strand, Middlesex, lately residing at Shirley Lodge, Clapham Park, and subsequently 43, Carlisle-mansions, Victoria-street, Westminster, Middlesex, and at Crossway House, Upper Dicker, in the parish of Arlington, Sussex, and lately carrying on business at 12 and 14, Catherine-street, Strand aforesaid, late Managing Director of the Hansard Publishing Union Limited, now of no occupation. NOTICE is hereby given, that an Order was, on the 15th day of January, 1908, made by the Board of Trade, under the powers conferred upon them by the Bankruptcy Acts, 1883 and 1890, and the general rules made thereunder, removing Flaxman Haydon, late of 16, Union-court, Old Broad-street, in the city of London, now of Camomile-street Chambers, 36, Camomile-street, in the city of London, from the office of Trustee under the scheme of arrangement of the affairs of the said Horatio Bottomley, which was approved by the Court on the 12th day of August, 1893. — Dated this 15th day of January, 1908. By the Board of Trade, J. G. WILLIS, Inspector-General in Bankruptcy.
