The Reverend HENEY BRASS, Deceased. NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the Law of Property Amendment Act, 1859, that all persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of the Reverend Henry Brass, late of St. Matthew's Parsonage, Redhill, in the county of Surrey. Clerk in Holy Orders, deceased (who died on the 24th day of August, 1904, and whose will was proved by Francis Padwick, of 101, Buckingham-road, Brighton, in the county of Sussex, Francis Herbert Padwick, of the Manor House, West Thorney, in the said county of Sussex, and John Merrick Head, of Reigate, in the county of Surrey, the executors therein named, on the 28th day of November, 1904, in the Principal Probate Registry of the High Court of Justice), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their debts or claims to the said executors at the offices at Reigate, Surrey, of the undersigned, their Solicitors, on or before the 31st day of December, 1904; and notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Henry Brass, deceased, amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice ; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt or claim they shall not then have bad notice. — Dated this 30th day of November, 1904.
