LAURA NUTTER, Deceased. Pursuant to the Law of Property Amendment Act, 1859, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of Laura Nutter, late of Court Lodge, Deal, in the county of Kent, Widow (who died on the 30th day of September, 1904, and whose will was proved by William George Nutter, of Court Lodge, Deal aforesaid, Gentleman, and Elliot Smith Nutter, of Woodside, Copthorne, in the county of Sussex, Gentleman, the executors therein named, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 9th day of November, 1904), are hereby required to send particulars in writing, of their debts, claims, or demands to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said executors, on or before the 1st day of January, 1905; and notice is hereby given, that at the expiration of that time the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testatrix among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, and demands of which they shall then have notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose debt, claim, or demand they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 14th day of November, 1904.
