Re THOMAS SMITH PIX, Deceased. Pursuant to Statute 22 and 23 Vic. , cap. 35. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Thomas Smith Fix, of Woodside, Peasmarsh, in the county of Sussex, Esquire, who died on the 12th day of January, 1900, and whose will with two codicils thereto was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice on the 23rd day of April, 1900, by Herbert Ives Stileman, the surviving executor named in the second codicil, are hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claims or demands to us the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said executor, on or before the 1st day of August next, after which date the executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he shall have had notice; and that he will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim he shall not have had notice. — Dated this 13th day of June, 1900.
