PURSUANT to an Order of the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice made in the matter of the estate of Mary Toulson deceased and in an action William Dendy suing on behalf of himself and all others creditors of the said Mary Toulson deceased against Catherine Byan Widow 1899. T. No. 1518. The creditors of Mary Toulson deceased late of Beulah Cottages Alexandra-road Uckfield in the county of Sussex Widow who died on the 2nd September 189SJ are on or before the 28th February 1900 to send by post prepaid to Messrs. Langhams of 10 Bartlett's-buildings Holborn-circus London Agents for Charles Dawson of Uckfield in the county of Sussex the Solicitor for the defendant Catherine Ryan Widow the administratrix of the deceased their Christian and surnames addresses and descriptions full particulars of their claims and statement of their accounts and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Orders. Every creditor holding any security is to produce the same before Mr. Justice Cozens-Hardy at his chambers, the Royal Courts of Justice Strand London, on Wednesday the 7th day of March 1900 at 12. 30 in the afternoon being the time appointed for adjudicating on the claims. — Dated this 17th day of January 1900.
