FRANCIS BYRON Esquire Deceased. Pursuant to the 29th section of 22 and 23 Vic. cap. 35 intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Francis Byron late of 5 Cornwallis-gardens, Hastings in the county of Sussex Esquire deceased (who died at 5 Cornwallis-gardens Hastings aforesaid on the 10th day of July 1896 and whose will was proved by John Pakenham Stilwell of 21 Great George-street Westminster Banker and Walter Henry Gayford of 22 Inverness-terrace Bayswater Esquire the executors therein named in Her Majesty's High Court of Justice at the Principal Registry of the Probate Division thereof on the 17th day of August instant) are hereby required to send in writing particulars of their claims or demands to the undersigned Arthur Tyler Solicitor to the said executors at his office No. 5, Clements Inn Strand in the county of London on or before the 30th day of September next after which day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Francis Byron among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the debts claims and demands of which the said executors shall then have had notice and that they will not be answerable or liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or demand the said executors have not had notice at the time of such distribution. — Dated this 20th day of August 1896.
