NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Lauderdale Maitland and George Girling Butcher, carrying on business as Florists and Fruiterers, at No. 7, Station-buildings, South Kensington, in the county of Middlesex and at the West Pier, Brighton, in the county of Sussex, under the style of Maitland, Butcher, and Company, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 17th day of March, 1884. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said William Lauderdale Maitland. — Dated this 14th day of June, 1884. W. L. Maitland. Geo. C. Butcher.
