WILLIAM WEBSTER, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22 and 23 Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. †NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands upon or against the estate of William Webster, formerly of Upton Hall, near Birkenhead, in the county of Chester, then of Alltyr Odyn House, near Llandyssil, in the county of Cardigan, afterwards of Charminster, in the county of Dorset, and late of the Downs, near Bideford, in the county of Devon, - Esq. , deceased (who died on the 7th day of February, 1881, and whose will, with a codicil thereto, was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 22nd day of March, 1881, by Sophia Elizabeth Webster, now of Westfield, near Battle, in the county of Sussex, Widow, the relict of the deceased, Francis Avery Ensor, of Milborne Port, in the county of Somerset, Esq. , and John Grace the younger, of Whitby Hall, in the county of Chester, Gentleman, the executors therein respectively named), are required to send particulars of their debts, claims, or demands, on or before the 1st day of June, 1881, to Mr. George Webster, of 6, York-buildings, Dale-street, in the city of Liverpool, Solicitor to the said executors; and notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said William Webster, deceased, among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, or demands of which they shall then have had notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets, of any part thereof, so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt, claim, or demand they shall not then have bad notice. —Dated this 28th day of March, 1881.
