GEORGE HENRY COTTRELL, Deceased. Pursuant to 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chap. 35, intituled “An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any claims or demands upon the estate of George Henry Cottrell, formerly of 144, Pomeroy-street, Peckham, in the county of Surrey, and late of Copthorne, in the county of Sussex, Zinc Worker, deceased (who died on the 24th March, 1878, and whose will was proved by Henry Albert Lovett, the sole executor therein named, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 13lh June, 1878), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their claims to the undersigned, on or before the 21st March, 1881; and notice is hereby given, that after that day the executor will distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he said executor shall then have had notice, and that he will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim he shall not then have had notice. — Dated 21st February, 1881.
