And Edward Funnell, of 54, East-street, Brighton, in the county of Sussex, Watch and Clock Manufacturer, has given the like notice in respect of the invention of "a new or improved distance signal alarum for railways. " As set forth in their respective petitions, all recorded in the said office on the 31st day of March, 1870.
