WILLIAM MOREN, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and others having any claims against the estate of William Moren, late of Skeynes Farm, in the parish of Edenbridge, in the county of Kent, Farmer, deceased (who died at Skeyne's Farm, in Edenbridge aforesaid, on or about the 9th day of October last, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, on the 16th day of November last, by Joseph Moren, of Marden, in the said county of Kent, Farmer, and Horace Newington, of Wadhurst, in the county of Sussex, Draper and Grocer, the executors named in the said will), are to send the particulars of their respective claims to the said Horace Newington, on or before the 19th day of March next, after which day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testator amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, and demands, of which the executors shall then have had notice. And that the said executors will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose debt, claim or demand the said executors shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 19th day of January, 1866.
