James Gates, of Ninfield, in the -county of Sussex, Butcher, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the County-Court of Sussex, holden at Hastings, on the 4th day of December, 1865, a public sitting, for-the said bankrupt to pass his Last Examination, and make application for his Discharge, will be held at the said Court at the Townhall, Hastings, on the 8th day of January next, at twelve of the clock at noon precisely, the day last aforesaid being, the day limited for the said bankrupt to surrender. William Blackman Young, Esq. , of Hastings, is the Official Assignee, and John Pitman Shorter Esq. , of Hastings, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.
