In the Matter of Estates respectively devised by and subject to the limitations of the Will, dated the 7th day of December, 1808, of John Fuller, deceased, consisting of the Manors of Buckholt and Hove, in the county of Sussex, and of divers Freehold Farms, Lands, and Hereditaments situate in the respective parishes of Battle, Catsfield, Hove, Ninfield, Bexhill, Pevensey, Hailsham, Ripe, otherwise Eckington, Westham, Fletching, Hurstpierrepoint, Lewes, Saint Anne's Southover, otherwise Saint John the Baptist Southover, Clayton, and Kingston, or elsewhere in the county of Sussex; and of certain Copyhold or customary Farms, Lands, and Hereditaments held of the several Manors of Robertsbridge, Hammerden, and Broomham Park Gate, and situate in the several parishes of Catsfield, Ewhurst, Sedlescombe, and Ticehurst, in the said county of Sussex, and of the impropriate Rectory and Tithe Rent-charge of Hove, in the same county; and in the Matter of an Act of Parliament made and passed in the session holden in the 19th and 20th years of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled "An Act to facilitate Leases and Sales of Settled Estates.
