George Earl, late of the Moat Farm, Westfield, in the county of Sussex, Farmer and Cattle Dealer, but now at the Lewes County Prison, Debtors' side, for Debt, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in Her Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, in London, on the 12th day of December, 1864, is hereby required to surrender himself to Henry Philip Roche, Esq. , a Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of creditors to be held before the said Registrar, on the 9th day of January next, at eleven of the clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court. Mr. Herbert Harris Cannan, of No. 36, Basingliall-stree1, London, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. Dalton T. Miller, of Nos. 5 and 6, Sherborne-lane, as Agent for Mr. Savery, Solicitor, of Hastings, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.
