NOTICE is hereby given, that by deed, dated the 12th day of January instant, Robert Crisford, of Battel, in the county of Sussex, Farmer, hath assigned all his farming, live and dead stock, implements of husbandry, household furniture, credits, and effects, and also all other his goods and chattels, unto Henry Crisford, of Ninfield, in the said county, Farmer, Thomas Davis, of Battle aforesaid, Wheelwright, and Charles Arnold, of Battle aforesaid, Gentleman, upon the trusts therein mentioned, and for the payment of the creditors of the said Robert Crisford ; and that the said deed was duly executed by the said Robert Crisford, Henry Crisford, Thomas Davis, and Charles Arnold, on the 12th day of January instant, in the presence of, and attested by, Frederic Ellman, of Battel aforesaid, Solicitor, and Joseph Payne Stilwell, Clerk to Messrs. Ellman and Whitmarsh, Solicitors, Battel; and the said deed is now lying at our office at Battel aforesaid, for signature by the said creditors. — Battel, January 13th, 1858.
