WILLIAM FURNER, Esq. , Judge of the County Court of Sussex, at Arundel, authorized to act under a Petition of Insolvency presented by Edward Pepper, formerly of Littlehampton, in the county of Sussex, Grocer, Clothier, and General-shop Keeper, then of Littlehampton aforesaid, Tailor, but now and for four months and three weeks last past, of Catsfield, in the county of Sussex, Grocer and Tailor, will sit on the 22nd day of December instant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the Townhall, Arundel, in order to make a Dividend of the estate and effects of the said insolvent; when and where the creditors, who have not already proved their debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the benefit of the said Dividend. And all claims not then proved will be disallowed.
