NOTICE is hereby given, that John Ades the younger, of Brede, in the county of Sussex, Farmer, by an indenture, dated the 19th day of May 1849, assigned all his personal estate and effects to William Thorpe, Grocer, and John Vidler, Merchant, both of Rye, in the said county of Sussex, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said John Ades, who shall execute the said deed of assignment; and notice is hereby further given, that the said indenture was executed on the day of the date thereof, by the said John Ades, William Thorpe and John Vidler, in the presence of, and is attested by, Edwin Nathaniel Dawes, of Rye aforesaid, Solicitor, and the same is now lying at the office of the said Edwin Nathaniel Dawes, for the signatures of the creditors of the said John Ades. Dated this 6th day of July 1849.
